Easy commute because LSD is so close. Buena Park is beautiful and extremely close to the lake with the city and neighborhood feel. Lots of good restaurants and lots of parks. Pretty quite in some areas but due to cubs sometimes chaotic".

A lot of dog owners in the neighborhood. Just not a lot of places to let them run off leash. Very diverse area and no need to have a car because there is multiple CTA options". New CTA stop at Wilson. Purple line cleaner than Red line.

Love them! Diversity in the food, people, culture, businesses and events. Lots to do and see in this community. Lots of libraries and parks. Events for all ages. We love it here, centrally located, and great public transport. I will always call Uptown home. It's the vibe, restaurants, theaters, shops, and close proximity to everything. I'm very close to the train and multiple buses.

Seems to be a lot of other dog owners. WAG dog walking service available here too. Dogs are welcome in the park. Close to public transit". So I stay home at night and don't walk around.

I've had 5 men try to intimidate me in the alleyway that i have to use to get to my apartment, I've seen another homeless man use the bathroom number 2 in that same alleyway. I can't wait to get out of this area. I'm sure in time - it'll be better. But right now, it's not safe. There are no events that make my neighborhood special, at least not to me.

I like it here though! The restaurants, concert venues, entertainment and live bars are awesome here. Resident 2y ago. I drive, but would love to take the train or bus if I worked downtown. I like the tree lined streets and easy access to grocery stores and Target. Visitor 2y ago. Street festivals in the summer, easy access to the leak, the dog beach, downtown, and other interesting parts of the city. Overall though, I see more and more families and working professionals moving in, which is a great sign.

Great neighborhood, lived here for 8 years and have always loved it. So many great new places are opening up.

Tons of noise unless you're in the middle of a residential area.
