Bathroom sinks blocked and smelly. The bathroom sinks were very slow running. Hot water took ages to get warm. The sink drains stank badly. Probably from little use. I think they need to open up more black jack tables, with lower minimum bets. Also, I couldn't find any directions to a gym to exercise. I guess that's not a big thing in Vegas. The front desk staff was useless and ended up causing me to have to go to another hotel.
The moisture outside my room that they were trying to dry up caused them to have dehumidifiers running 24x7. The tub had hair in the bottom of it as well. I ended up going over to the Venetian and was treated much better and felt appreciated.

Cigarette smoke smell is heavy throughout the hotel including elevators, hallways and guest rooms, even those labeled 'non smoking'. Mini bar charges automatically even if you just look in there. Its difficult to impossible to reach any customer service to correct the charges.

The rooms, casino, restaurants, bathrooms and meeting rooms were all immaculate. Lots of yummy food to choose from in the hotel and lots to choose from right outside the hotel. There are plenty of bars and a tram is available to Aria and Bellagio.

One suggestion if you want coffee visit the Starbucks across the street in Target no line.
